What does it cost?
A typical Shop costs 20-80 dollars per Shop, depending on the complexity and length of time required for the Shopper to complete the process.
Is that a lot?
Compare that to what this amount will buy you in advertising. Think about the customers you will save and turn into clients.
How often are we shopped?
Entirely up to you, although we recommend at least twice a month. If only done once in a while, the evaluation may show when someone is having a particularly bad day, rather than a pattern of behavior.
How long till I get the evaluation?
Usually you'll get the evaluation within 12-24 hours of the shop. It needs to be fast - it does little good for you to reprimand or praise an employee for something done weeks ago.
What is on the evaluation?
Whatever you want checked. We have standard evaluations for many business types, which we will then modify to fit what you desire to be checked.
Are your Shoppers any good?
We train the Shopper in how to conduct the Shop, and conduct a review of each evaluation. The best Shoppers get the best assignments. We even Mystery Shop our Mystery Shoppers!
Where are you located?
It really doesn't matter. BizShop is physically in Port Angeles, Washington - but the reason we say it doesn't matter is that we will find Shoppers wherever you have a location to be checked. Worldwide, or even in Cyberspace (Websites are increasingly being Mystery Shopped)
Is it always a secret shop?
We are often working best when nobody knows we are working - until the evaluation goes in. Sometimes however it is primarily education that is desired, and our Shoppers can remain anonymous or declare themselves as the Client wishes.
